Commission Override
When an affiliate earns a commission, Saviliate adds a 25% override on top — paid by you, never deducted from the affiliate’s cut. This covers platform infrastructure, fraud detection, and payout processing.
Affiliate Withdrawal Processing Fee
When an affiliate withdraws earned commissions, a 2% processing fee is deducted from their withdrawal to cover payment gateway costs. This does not affect your vendor wallet balance at all.

Correct — ₦0 to get started. You create your account, list your product, set your commission rules, and share your affiliate program link. The first ₦30,000 only lands when your 14-day free trial ends. Before that, full access to every feature at no charge.
When an affiliate earns a commission, Saviliate charges you an additional 25% of that commission amount as the platform fee. If an affiliate earns ₦5,000, you pay ₦5,000 to the affiliate and ₦1,250 to Saviliate — ₦6,250 total on a sale that generated far more in revenue. If your affiliates earn nothing in a month, you pay only the flat ₦30,000 fee. The override is never charged to the affiliate.
The 2% fee is deducted from the affiliate’s withdrawal — not your wallet. When an affiliate withdraws ₦10,000, they receive ₦9,800 and Saviliate retains ₦200 to cover payment processing. Your vendor wallet is only debited for the full commission amount you approved.

Yes. Unlimited products are included in the flat fee. Each product can have its own commission rules, affiliate links, tracking setup, and analytics dashboard — all under one vendor account. You don’t need separate subscriptions for separate products.
Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no cancellation fee, no notice period. Your program runs until the end of the current billing period then stops. Commissions already approved for affiliates are still paid out from your wallet balance.
Top up your vendor wallet and Saviliate handles everything after that. When commissions are approved, the amounts are reserved from your wallet automatically. When affiliates withdraw, the payout is processed from those reserved funds. You can set up auto top-up rules or fund manually, and Saviliate alerts you when your balance approaches a threshold you define.
